2-(2,6-Diisopropylphenyl)-5-amino-1H-isoindole-1,3-dione is a cytostatic drug that induces apoptosis by inhibiting the activity of HDACs. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of subcutaneous tumors in mice and is currently being evaluated for its anticancer activity. This drug also has a pharmacokinetic study and pharmacokinetic properties that are different from other HDAC inhibitors. This drug may be used as an adjuvant therapy for cancer treatment or to prevent recurrence. The prognosis of patients taking 2-(2,6-Diisopropylphenyl)-5-amino-1H-isoindole-1,3-dione is better than those who are not taking it.
