Calcium L-Aspartate
CAS:Calcium L-aspartate is a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reagent that is used to detect and quantify human DNA in clinical specimens. It has been shown to be effective in the detection of viral hepatitis, chronic bowel disease, and metabolic disorders, including cancer. Calcium L-aspartate can also be used to analyze cells for lysis and activity index. This reagent has been shown to have a high sensitivity for detecting human DNA in the presence of other components such as asparagine, glutamate, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, or basic fibroblasts. Calcium L-aspartate is also effective in distinguishing between primary cells and histological analysis.Purity:Min. 95%Aspartic acid calcium
