CAS:Trospium chloride is a polymer composition comprising trospium, an ion channel blocker. The drug prevents the flow of potassium and sodium ions through the cell membrane, resulting in muscle relaxation. Trospium chloride is used to treat bowel disease and overactive bladder. It is available as a tablet and as an extended release oral suspension. Trospium chloride has been shown to be effective in controlling overactive bladder symptoms in adults with urinary frequency, urgency, or urge incontinence. The drug may cause adverse effects such as dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, constipation and abdominal pain. Trospium chloride may interact with other drugs that affect the heart rate or blood pressure, such as beta-blockers or antihistamines.Formula:C25H30ClNO3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:427.96 g/molRef: 3D-FT11996
