CAS:Tris(trimethylsilyl) phosphate (TTSP) is a compound that is used as an additive to coat metal surfaces. The coating prevents corrosion of the metal surface and can also be used to protect against radiation. TTSP is applied in dry form and then heated at temperatures of about 400°C for a few seconds. This process produces a thin film on the metal surface, which has been shown to be stable under humidity conditions.
