CAS:Potassium;cyclopropyl(trifluoro)boranuide (KF) is a soluble guanylate cyclase agonist and has been shown to be active in animal models of chronic kidney disease. It has also been shown to inhibit the production of diacylglycerol, which is a key enzyme in the synthesis of triglycerides. KF may be useful for treating hepatic steatosis or obesity-associated metabolic syndrome. In addition, KF has been shown to inhibit replication by inhibiting DNA polymerase and reverse transcriptase activity, which are enzymes that synthesize DNA and RNA respectively. KF has also demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties and may be used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases such as cancer.Formula:C3H5BF3KPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:147.98 g/molRef: 3D-FP104549
