L-Threonine O-phosphate
CAS:L-Threonine O-phosphate is a model system that is used to study phosphothreonine. It has been shown to inhibit the polymerase chain reaction and protein synthesis, which may be due to its ability to bind with proteins. L-Threonine O-phosphate has also been shown to act as a phosphate sensor in toll-like receptor signaling pathways. L-Threonine O-phosphate is able to react with p-nitrophenyl phosphate and hydrogen bonding interactions, which may cause it to inhibit growth factor β1 and kinase activity.Formula:C4H10NO6PPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:199.1 g/molRef: 3D-FT50521
