ICBA
CAS:ICBA is a macrocyclic compound that contains two ubiquitin molecules. ICBA can be used as a photoactive material in solar cells due to its ability to absorb light at a wavelength of ~700 nm and generate strong photocurrents. It can also be used as an optical sensor for the detection of otoacoustic emissions, which are sound waves emitted by the inner ear when stimulated by sound. This compound has been shown to inhibit protein degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome system and increase morphology in cells treated with proteasome inhibitors. ICBA also has a low energy barrier for electron transport, which makes it an ideal candidate for use in low-energy electronic devices such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy sensors. The phase transition temperature of this compound is around -20°C, which makes it suitable for applications in cryogenics and refrigeration because it does not melt at room temperature.Formula:C78H16Purity:Min. 98.5 Area-%Color and Shape:Brown Black PowderMolecular weight:952.96 g/molICBA
