VU 0155041 is a sodium salt, which has been shown to be immunostaining in animals and humans. VU 0155041 is also used in cell culture studies that analyze extracellular glutamate cycling. VU 0155041 has been shown to activate expression of glutamate receptors in cells with high levels of cyclic AMP.
