ML167 (CID44968231) is a highly selective Cdc2-like kinase 4 (Clk4) inhibitor.

ML167 is a growth factor that is structurally related to epidermal growth factor. It binds to epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFRs) and has a similar mechanism of action. ML167 has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the proliferation of various cancer cells, including colon carcinoma, prostate carcinoma, and leukemia cells. This drug also enhances the production of colony-stimulating factors by stem cells and has an inhibitory effect on autoimmune diseases. The exact mechanism of action for ML167 is not yet fully understood.
