Kalopanaxsaponin H
CAS:Kalopanaxsaponin H is a saponin derived from the roots of Kalopanax pictus. It has been shown to reduce blood pressure in rats, and may act as an anti-oxidant by inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Kalopanaxsaponin H also has antidiabetic properties, which are due to its ability to inhibit the activity of alpha-glucosidase, and can be used for the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus. Kalopanaxsaponin H is also used for food composition analysis to determine the quantity of saponins present in a food sample. The enzyme hydrolysis assay is used to measure this property.Formula:C47H76O17Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:913.09 g/molMacranthoside A
