CAS:Controlled Product2,2'-Dichlorobiphenyl is a congener of biphenyl that binds to the surface of granule cells in the cerebellum. It is a reactive chemical that may be found in wastewater treatment plants and has been shown to cause granular degeneration in rat neutrophils. 2,2'-Dichlorobiphenyl is also used as an immunogen for monoclonal antibody production, and kinetic data has shown it reacts with cell culture. The reaction mechanism is not yet fully understood, but it has been suggested that there may be a linear relationship between the concentration of 2,2'-dichlorobiphenyl and its reactivity.Formula:C12H8Cl2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:223.1 g/mol
