CAS:3,5-Dibromo-2-hydroxypyridine is an organic compound that is used as a precursor in organic synthesis. It can be obtained by reacting tosyl chloride with 3,5-dibromopyridine. The compound is useful for the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of organic compounds with aryl bromides and aryl chlorides. This reaction has been shown to be catalyzed by copper or trisubstituted palladium complexes. 3,5-Dibromo-2-hydroxypyridine can also be used as a ligand in palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with copper or trisubstituted palladium complexes. It can also be used as a precursor in the Suzuki coupling reaction of aryl boronic acids with alkyl halides or vinylogous esters. 3,5-DibromFormula:C5H3Br2NOPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:252.89 g/molRef: 3D-FD55041
