Triethyl Phosphate-d15
CAS:Controlled ProductApplications Isotope labelled Triethyl Phosphate is a useful synthetic intermediate. It was used in the synthesis of mesoporous spheres of metal oxides and phosphates. It was also used to prepare α,β-unsatd. tricyclic enones via an intramolecular Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons cyclization. Phosphorus Flame Retardant. References Dong, A., et al.: J. Am. Chem. CAS:Triethyl phosphate-d15 (TEP-d15) is a covalently linked probe that can be used to measure the activity of the enzyme wst-1. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in mouse models, and it may be an effective treatment for human tumors with high levels of wst-1. TEP-d15 is also able to bind to the receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase, which is involved in the regulation of many different cellular processes including growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. TEP-d15 has been shown to selectively label gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis. In addition, TEP-d15 can be used as a marker for nitroaromatic compounds by reacting with nitrogen atoms found in these molecules. The hydroxyl group on TEP-d15 reacts with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and hydrogen fluoride (Formula:C6H15O4PPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:197.25 g/molTriethyl-d15 Phosphate
