Ethyl 3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate
CAS:Ethyl 3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have anticancer activity in lung cancer cells. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inducing apoptosis and autophagy. The drug was also found to inhibit xanthine oxidase, which is an enzyme responsible for the production of uric acid, and therefore may be used as a treatment for gout. Ethyl 3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate is able to induce apoptosis in lung cancer cells with a dose dependent manner at concentrations of 10 nM - 1 μM. Apoptosis was induced in these cells within 24 hours of exposure, but not at higher doses or after longer periods of exposure.Formula:C12H12N2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:216.24 g/molEthyl 3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate
