Timosaponin B II
CAS:Timosaponin B II is a natural compound that inhibits the activity of cytochrome P450 enzymes. It has been shown to induce autophagy in a dopamine-dependent manner, which may be due to its ability to decrease mitochondrial membrane potential and increase phase transition temperature. Timosaponin B II also induces neurotrophic factors and matrix effects, which are beneficial for the treatment of inflammatory conditions, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders. The drug has been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties that are similar to those of timosaponin I. The molecular weight of the molecule was determined by LC-MS/MS analysis as 527.2 amu. Timosaponin B II is not metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzymes or glucuronidases, but it is hydrolyzed by esterases or glutathione reductase.Formula:C45H76O19Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:White PowderMolecular weight:921.07 g/molβ-D-Galactopyranoside, (3β,5β,22α,25S)-26-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-22-hydroxyfurostan-3-yl 2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-
