TAE-1

TAE-1 is an antigen that belongs to the group of molecules. It has been shown to bind specifically to gold electrodes through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and can be used as a marker protein. TAE-1 has transport properties, which are affected by the presence of perovskite, propionate, and linker. TAE-1 has been shown to have high functional efficiency in immunoassays.

TAE-1 is an inhibitor of amyloid-β fibril formation and aggregation. It inhibits cholinesterases AChE and BuChE with IC50 of 0.3 μM and 3.9 μM, respectively.
