5'-Hydroxyphenyl carvedilol
CAS:5'-Hydroxyphenyl carvedilol is a metabolite of enalaprilat, which is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It has an inhibitory effect on the metabolic rate and can be used as a marker for the presence of enalaprilat in urine samples. 5'-Hydroxyphenyl carvedilol is detectable in plasma concentrations within 30 minutes after oral administration of enalaprilat and its concentration peaks at about 1 hour. The drug can be detected for up to 9 hours after administration and it does not accumulate in body tissues. This method has been shown to be applicable to human urine samples as well as urine samples from other mammals.Formula:C24H26N2O5Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:422.47 g/molRef: 3D-FH24453
