U-73343
CAS:U-73343 is a selective inhibitor of the ubiquitin ligase activity of the p2y receptor. The in vitro method and whole-cell recordings have been used to show that U-73343 inhibits signal pathways involved in energy metabolism. It also inhibits intracellular Ca2+ levels and phospholipase production, which are related to receptor activity. This drug has been shown to be an experimental model for the study of cytosolic Ca2+. The p2y receptor is a G-protein coupled receptor that binds adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and plays a role in many physiological processes, including vasodilation, platelet aggregation, cell proliferation, and immune response. Inhibition of the ubiquitin ligase activity of this receptor may provide a new target for drug development.Formula:C29H42N2O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:466.66 g/molU-73343
CAS:U-73343 is an inactive analog of U-73122 and can be used as a negative control. U-73122 dose-dependently inhibits acid secretion irrespective of the stimulant.Formula:C29H42N2O3Purity:99.06%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:466.66
