Acetaminotadalafil is a new analogue of Tadalafil used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It acts as a phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor.

N-[(6R,12aR)-6-(1,3-Benzodioxol-5-yl)-3,4,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-1,4-dioxopyrazino[1’,2’:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indol-2(1H)-yl]-acetamide (NBP) is a dietary supplement that has been found to inhibit phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) in the human penis. In vitro experiments have shown that NBP causes an increase in cGMP levels and relaxation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells. It is not yet known whether NBP can cause similar effects in humans.
