Sarcolysin hydrochloride
CAS:Sarcolysin hydrochloride is an antitumor immunotherapeutic agent that inhibits the function of nuclear DNA by selectively binding to the nucleic acid. As a result, sarcolysin hydrochloride induces apoptosis of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. It has been shown to synergize with chemotherapy agents such as melphalan, which inhibit the growth of tumor cells by blocking the activity of enzymes called Egfr inhibitors. Sarcolysin hydrochloride also exhibits cytotoxicity against melanoma cells and myeloma cells.Formula:C13H19Cl3N2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:341.7 g/molPhenylalanine, 4-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]-, hydrochloride (1:1)
