CAS:Applications α-Oxo-2-furanacetic Acid is an α-ketocarboxylic acid with inhibitory activity against protein tyrosine phosphatases. Not a dangerous good if item is equal to or less than 1g/ml and there is less than 100g/ml in the package References Chen, Y.T. et al.: Bioorg. Med. CAS:±-Oxo-2-furanacetic acid (±OFA) is a hydrophobic compound with high values. It has been used in the production of benzofurans, chloroacetic acid, and isomers. ±OFA has shown to be an excellent substrate for recycling due to its stability and ability to withstand irradiation at high temperatures. The nmr spectra of ±OFA show that it contains a c-h bond and a dipole. The c-h bond is unstable when the molecule is injected into the mass spectrometer. The dipole can be seen through electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR).Formula:C6H4O4Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:140.09 g/mol2-(Furan-2-yl)-2-oxoacetic acid
