Isoxazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester
CAS:Isoxazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester is a lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) antagonist that binds to LPA receptors. It has potent inhibitory activity against LPA-induced platelet aggregation and leukocyte adhesion. Isoxazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester also antagonizes the release of inflammatory mediators, such as prostaglandin E2 and nitric oxide, from stimulated human polymorphonuclear cells. This agent also inhibits the proliferation of human endothelial cells in culture and has been shown to be effective in reducing inflammation in animal models of arthritis.Formula:C5H5NO3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:127.1 g/molIsoxazole-4-carboxylic Acid Methyl Ester
