Bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine
CAS:Bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine is an anti-cancer compound that has been shown to have a number of biological properties. It has been observed to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in culture, as well as inducing apoptosis in human serum. Bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine also exhibits redox potentials that are consistent with a group p2 element. The compound has been studied for its ability to act as a fluorescence probe, which can be used in synchronous fluorescence and structural analysis.
