PS10 is a broad-spectrum PDK inhibitor that inhibits PDK2 and significantly increases the activity of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex.

PS10 is a recombinant human epidermal growth factor that has been shown to decrease the rate of glomerular filtration in mice and rats. It also increases the oxygen transport in the blood and inhibits lipid synthesis, which may be useful for treating hepatic steatosis. PS10 can also be used as a treatment for cancer tissues by inhibiting transcriptional regulation of genes associated with proliferation and cell-cycle progression. This product has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in animal models of infectious diseases, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. PS10 may also be useful for the treatment of cervical cancer due to its ability to inhibit tumor growth.
