(4-Methoxyphenyl)urea
CAS:(4-Methoxyphenyl)urea is a transduction pathway inhibitor that binds to the acetylcholine receptor. It has been shown to be an effective treatment for Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease by inhibiting the acetylcholine receptor, which prevents neuronal damage. (4-Methoxyphenyl)urea also stabilizes nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in muscle cells, which may increase the duration of its therapeutic effects. This drug has been shown to have long-acting properties, with a half-life of 2 hours in rats. The transduction pathway inhibitor also inhibits calcium stearate and α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, which may account for some side effects such as drowsiness or headache.Formula:C8H10N2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:166.18 g/molUrea, N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-
