CAS:Triethylammonium bicarbonate buffer is an alkanoic acid that is a buffering agent. It has been used in wastewater treatment to lower the pH of a solution, as well as in analytical methods to control the pH of a solution. The matrix effect of this buffer may be due to its high water permeability and low ionization constant. Triethylammonium bicarbonate buffer has been shown to inhibit the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by binding to pim-1, which is a protein required for DNA synthesis. This compound also inhibits cell-to-cell transmission of syncytial virus infections by inhibiting nucleotide synthesis. This molecule has been shown to have glomerular filtration rate increasing properties in human serum, as well as structural analysis that reveals intramolecular hydrogen bonding between nitrogen and oxygen atoms.Formula:C6H15N·CH2O3Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:Clear LiquidMolecular weight:163.22 g/mol
