Rilzabrutinib

PRN1008 is a small molecule that acts as an inhibitor of methyltransferases. It is a powerful, irreversible inhibitor of the enzyme and has shown to be efficacious in treating infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and malaria. PRN1008 has also been shown to be effective in treating autoimmune diseases, cancer, and inflammatory diseases. The drug is currently undergoing clinical trials for its effects on hematopoietic cells and activity index.
