Epiblastin A

Inhibits CK1 α, δ and ε isoforms (IC50 values = 8.9, 0.5, and 4.7 μM, respectively). Induces reprogramming of epiblast-derived stem cells (EpiSCs) to embryonic stem cells (ESCs). If the latter express Oct4-GFP, the compound can be used as a tool to study this signaling pathway.

Epiblastin A inhibits CK1, targets its isoenzymes, and converts EpiSCs to cESCs.
