CAS 16514-83-3: 2,6,10,15,19,23-HEXAMETHYLTETRACOSANE-D62

Squalane-d62 is a hydrocarbon that is a type of highly unsaturated fatty acid. It has been shown to have an evaporation rate of less than 0.05% and an uptake rate of greater than 80%. α-Pinene is the primary component of the natural extract, and this experiment was conducted in order to simulate the effects of α-pinene on particle morphology. The simulation was done by adding α-pinene to squalane-d62 at a concentration of 10ppm. The resultant product showed an increase in particle size and an increase in the number of particles with a spherical morphology. This experiment was conducted using experimental method and multiphase kinetic theory.
