CAS:Ala-pNA is a peptide hormone that is related to vasopressin and has been shown to be a potential drug target for renal cell cancer. In vitro studies have shown that Ala-pNA inhibits the growth of human leukemia cells and other carcinoma cell lines. The reduction in cell proliferation was due to the decrease in proteolytic activity, which was due to the inhibition of collagenase synthesis. This peptide hormone also inhibits protein synthesis, leading to decreased production of enzymes such as p-nitrophenyl phosphate synthase and sodium citrate synthase. A study on the use of this compound on rats with induced renal carcinoma showed that it had no toxicological effects.Formula:C9H11N3O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:209.2 g/molL-Alanine 4-nitroanilide
CAS:L-Alanine 4-nitroanilide is a protease inhibitor that belongs to the group of pyridinium compounds. It has been shown to inhibit soybean trypsin and other enzymes by binding to the active site of these enzymes. L-Alanine 4-nitroanilide has also been shown to have an optimum pH of 7.2, and inhibits aminopeptidase activity in HL60 cells at concentrations of 0.1 mM. This drug also inhibits peptide hormones such as calcitonin, glucagon, and insulin. L-Alanine 4-nitroanilide is an ester hydrochloride salt that can be used for the treatment of various inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.Formula:C9H11N3O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:209.2 g/molRef: 3D-FA48634
