(Oc-6-11)-Hexafluoro-Antimonate Cesium
CAS:(Oc-6-11)-Hexafluoro-Antimonate Cesium (HFA) is a hydrofluoric acid that is used in the manufacturing of lithographic plates. HFA is also used as a reactive gas to analyze materials such as sulfur, phosphorus, and silicon. It irreversibly reacts with many substances, including glass and other silicates, producing hydrogen fluoride and antimony oxide. HFA has a very high thermal expansion coefficient and can be used for thermal analysis. HFA is also thermally stable at temperatures up to 1000°C.Formula:CsF6SbPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:368.66 g/mol
