CAS:NQDI 1 is a dinucleotide phosphate that activates the apoptosis pathway and induces reactive oxygen species. This experimental model has been shown to induce apoptosis in cells by activating pro-apoptotic protein, such as caspase 3, and inhibiting anti-apoptotic proteins, such as Bcl-2. NQDI 1 has also been shown to increase the activity of MMP-9, an enzyme that degrades extracellular matrix proteins. NQDI 1 may have potential use in cancer therapy because it induces autophagy and senescence in cancer tissues. Histological analysis of tumor tissue from mice treated with NQDI 1 showed necrosis and decreased cell proliferation. M2 phenotype: A phenotype characterized by a macrophage with a high capacity for phagocytosis, low production of cytokines, low expression of costimulatory molecules on the surface membrane and low levels of inflammatory mediators.Purity:Min. 95%
