1-Benzyl-3-p-tolyltriazene
CAS:1-Benzyl-3-p-tolyltriazene is a hydrolysis product that is formed when the benzyl ester of phenacyl reacts with thiophosphate to form an adduct. The 1-benzyl-3-p-tolyltriazene has been used as an analytical toxicology tool for analysing urine samples. In this technique, the benzyl ester of phenacyl reacts with thiophosphate to form an adduct. The product is then separated through gel chromatography and quantified by fluorophosphate detection. The reaction time can be varied depending on the type of analyte being studied. 1-Benzyl-3-p-tolyltriazene has also been shown to be a useful tool in studying the metabolism of typhimurium bacteria and their resistance to pesticides.Formula:C14H15N3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:225.29 g/molRef: 3D-FB61035
