Cycloheptylmethanamine hydrochloride

Cycloheptylmethylamine is a pyrimidine compound that has been shown to be an effective immunosuppressive agent. Cycloheptylmethylamine is an amide that can be synthesized from cyclohexylamine and methylenemalonic chloride. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of adenosine receptors, which are involved in the regulation of inflammation, erythropoeis, and vasodilation. The pharmacological effects of cycloheptylmethylamine are similar to those of mycophenolic acid. Cycloheptylmethylamine is also a chloride channel blocker, which can cause cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension and cardiac arrhythmias.
