CAS:1,3-Diallylurea is a non-toxic inhibitor of cytidine deaminase. It is a synthetic, deionized water soluble 1,3-diallylurea that has been shown to inhibit the activity of cytidine deaminase in the human serum. This inhibition may be due to 1,3-diallylurea's ability to cross-link guanine residues in DNA. The structural studies showed that 1,3-diallylurea reacts with the amino group at position C2 of guanine and forms a stable linkage to this position. Hydrogenation experiments have been performed on monomers and high resistance polymers were obtained by this process.Formula:C7H12N2OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:140.18 g/molUrea, N,N'-di-2-propen-1-yl-
