CAS:Methyl 3-carbamimidoylbenzoate HCl is a selective agonist of the cannabinoid CB2 receptor with high selectivity for this receptor over the CB1 receptor. It has been shown to produce analgesia in chronic pain models and to have a pharmacokinetic profile that is favorable for the development of novel analgesic drugs. Methyl 3-carbamimidoylbenzoate HCl does not bind to other receptors, such as opioid, serotonin, or dopamine receptors. Methyl 3-carbamimidoylbenzoate HCl binds to and activates the CB2 receptor by mimicking endogenous cannabinoids such as anandamide and 2-AG. This compound is also metabolized by fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL).Formula:C9H11ClN2O2Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:214.65 g/molRef: 3D-TAA21939
