RA-839 is a Keap1 conjugate and Nrf2 signaling activator, and an inhibitor of Keap1/Nrf2 interaction with anticancer activity.

RA 839 is a small molecule that has been shown to inhibit tumor growth by targeting cytosolic proteins and inhibiting the activity of these proteins. It can be used to treat renal cell cancer, as well as other types of cancers with hypoxic tumors. RA 839 has also been found to reduce the production of cytokines in LPS-induced inflammatory responses.
