CAS:Acetyl-glycine ethyl ester is a hydroxylated form of glycine and has been shown to be an inhibitor of aminoglycoside antibiotics. It inhibits bacterial growth by inactivating the enzyme's ability to bind to the ribosome, which is required for protein synthesis. Acetyl-glycine ethyl ester has also been shown to be effective against infectious diseases, including HIV, as well as fibrinogen-dependent infectious diseases such as typhoid fever and dengue fever. Acetyl-glycine ethyl ester binds to the amines on the surface of the bacteria cell wall and prevents it from binding with fibrinogen. This prevents bacteria from adhering to cells, resulting in bacterial death.Formula:C6H11NO3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:145.16 g/molRef: 3D-FA49530
