3-(4-(3-chlorophenyl)piperazin-1-yl)-1,1-diphenylpropan-2-ol dihydrochloride
CAS:3-(4-(3-Chlorophenyl)piperazin-1-yl)-1,1-diphenylpropan-2-ol dihydrochloride (Tianeptine) is a drug used to treat chronic pain and depression. Tianeptine has been shown to act on the 5HT7 receptor, which is thought to be involved in the control of pain. Tianeptine acts to inhibit the release of serotonin and noradrenaline by binding to 5HT1A receptors. It also inhibits the reuptake of serotonin by binding to 5HT1B receptors. Tianeptine has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties that may be due to inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzyme activity.Purity:Min. 95%BRL-15572 dihydrochloride
