CAS:3,3-Diphenylpropan-1-ol is an organic compound that is used in the manufacture of dyes and pharmaceuticals. It can be synthesized by the oxidation of anisaldehyde with peroxide. 3,3-Diphenylpropan-1-ol has been shown to be a good substrate for dehydrogenation reactions to produce aldehydes and organic acids.
