1H-Pyrazolo[4,3-b]Pyridin-3-Amine

1H-Pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridin-3-amine (1HPP) is a heterocyclic compound that has been shown to have growth factor properties. It binds to the receptor tyrosine kinase and stimulates the activation of the downstream signaling pathway. 1HPP has been shown to inhibit the activity of protein kinases in mammalian cells. The pharmacokinetic properties of 1HPP have been studied using molecular modeling methods and it was found that 1HPP was best suited for oral administration due to its high water solubility and low logP value.
