CAS:N,N-Dimethyl-4-vinylaniline is a redox dye that exhibits strong antibacterial activity. It is synthesized by cationic polymerization of the monomer with an acceptor in nonpolar solvents to form a copolymer. The polymerization kinetics are affected by the type of solvent and the nature of the monomers. Crystals of this compound have been grown from solutions containing calcium carbonate as a precipitating agent and uv irradiation. This compound has also been used to create a polymer film by copolymerizing with other monomers.Formula:C10H13NPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:147.22 g/molRef: 3D-FD151692
