CAS:7-(Diethylamino)coumarin is a fluorescent dye that has been used to measure the growth of cells in culture. 7-(Diethylamino)coumarin can be used as a fluorescent probe to detect epidermal growth factor (EGF) in the presence of lysine residues on polymeric matrices.
