CAS:2,6-Dichloronaphthalene is a synthetic compound that is used as an anticancer agent. It has been shown to have a cytotoxic effect on leukemia cells, which may be related to its ability to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) and hydrogen peroxide. 2,6-Dichloronaphthalene also has the potential to treat other types of cancer such as prostate cancer. This substance has been shown to induce apoptosis in prostate cancer cells by binding with amines (e.g., lysine residues). Furthermore, it is possible that 2,6-dichloronaphthalene can inhibit tumor growth by interfering with the synthesis of DNA and RNA molecules.Formula:C10H6Cl2Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:White PowderMolecular weight:197.06 g/molRef: 3D-FD66142
