CAS:L-Aspartic acid hemimagnesium salt is a water soluble form of L-Aspartic acid that is used in the study of glutamate receptors. It can be used for cell lysis, and has been shown to have an activity index that is comparable to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). L-Aspartic acid hemimagnesium salt has been shown to cause body mass index reduction in mice. In addition, it has been shown to inhibit hepatitis C virus replication and reduce the severity of hepatitis B virus infection in mice. This drug has also been used in toxicity studies on primary cells and chronic viral hepatitis patients. L-Aspartic acid hemimagnesium salt has been found to be safe for use at doses up to 1000 mg/kg/day when administered orally or intravenously.Formula:C8H12N2O8MgPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:288.49 g/molRef: 3D-FM32686
