PARP14 inhibitor H10 is a selective inhibitor against PARP14 with IC50 of 490 nM

H10 is a plant extract that has been shown to have antiviral properties. H10 inhibits the replication of influenza virus by binding to the viral ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex and preventing the formation of mature RNP. It also prevents replication of other viruses, including HIV-1, herpes simplex virus type 1, and hepatitis C virus. H10 has been shown to inhibit human basic proteins that are essential for viral replication, such as ribonucleases and polymerases. H10 may be an effective treatment for pandemic influenza or other viruses that cause respiratory problems in humans.
