    N-[4-(Benzoylamino)phenyl]-3-hydroxy-4-[(2-methoxy-5-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]carbamoyl}phenyl)diazenyl]-2-naphthamide is an organic solvent that is soluble in water. It is used as a crosslinking agent, polymerization initiator and photoreceptor in the preparation of polymers. This compound is also used as an electrophotographic toner, or to coat plates for use in xerography. The average particle diameter of this compound is approximately 8 nm, with a heat resistance of up to 150°C. In addition, this compound reacts with sulfuric acid to produce hydrogen sulfide gas and a salt.
