CAS:D-erythro-Imidazoleglycerol phosphate monohydrate (D-ERGP) is a drug that has been used for the treatment of chronic diseases. This drug is an analog of erythromycin, which has been shown to be active against some strains of bacteria resistant to tetracycline. D-ERGP is not a bacteriostatic agent and does not have significant interactions with other drugs. It has been shown to reduce blood pressure in animal models and human patients with diabetes mellitus, although it does not have significant effects on cholesterol levels or triglycerides. D-ERGP has also been shown to inhibit the growth of parasitoid wasps in vitro, but this effect is not observed in vivo. The catalytic mechanism of D-ERGP is unknown.Formula:C6H11N2O6P·H2OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:256.15 g/molRef: 3D-FE22793
