CAS:1-Phenyl-3-(2-thienyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde (1PT) is an analgesic that belongs to the group of chalcones. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory activities in animal studies and has been shown to be a potent antibacterial agent against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus. 1PT was synthesized by condensing 2,6-dichlorophenol with pyrazoline. Elemental analysis of 1PT showed that it contains 34% carbon, 51% hydrogen, and 15% nitrogen. Yields for 1PT were found to be about 3 g/L when using a reaction time of 24 hours. Flavonols such as quercetin, kaempferol, and myricetin were also detected during the analysis.Formula:C14H10N2OSPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:254.31 g/molRef: 3D-FP118219
