N-[4-(2-Bromoacetyl)phenyl]acetamide is a chemical compound that inhibits protein synthesis by binding to the β2-adrenergic receptor. It has been shown to inhibit candida parapsilosis and other fungi, as well as bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus.
